Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and develop instructor-led, online, webinar, and blended learning programs.
Create e-learning materials, job aids, presentations (PowerPoint/Canva), facilitator and participant guides.
Manage course design, updates, and delivery using project management and change control practices.
Stay current with training methodologies and tools.
Define learning objectives and assessments using appropriate instructional design methods.
Collaborate with managers, support teams, and SMEs to align learning with business goals.
Develop content for topics including sales, service, and onboarding.
Maintain and update training materials and schedules, including room setup and employee coordination.
Candidate Expectations:
Strong grasp of adult learning theories and instructional design.
Proficient in eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Rise 360), graphic design (Canva, Photoshop), Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, and LMS platforms.
Experience in designing impactful learning solutions with measurable results.
Excellent communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and understanding of technical content.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience (3+ years) in eLearning or related fields.
