Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Onboarding 1.0 & 2.0 and Recruiting Marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Recruiting Marketing, and be available to support operations in the Australia time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with HR stakeholders to understand current processes and pain points

  • Translate business requirements into system specifications

  • Map HR processes to SuccessFactors functionality (e.g., hiring, onboarding, payroll triggers)

  • Employee Central (EC): Foundation objects, workflows, business rules, position management

  • Recruiting Management (RCM): Job requisitions, candidate pipeline, interview scheduling

  • Payroll (SAP or 3rd party systems)

  • SAP ERP/S4HANA integration (using Boomi, CPI, or Point-to-Point)

  • Integration with identity providers for SSO and provisioning

  • Use tools such as Integration Center, Middleware (Boomi/CPI), and API tools

  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

  • Assist HR users in validating workflows, reports, and data migration results

  • Document test cases and expected outcomes

  • Collaborate with global HR, IT, and functional leads

  • Provide input for project planning, timelines, and resource needs

  • Participate in daily/weekly meetings, status reporting, and risk tracking
